Une propriétaire refuse de restituer le dépôt de garantie aux locataires, suite au constat de dégradations du crépi des murs extérieurs, lors de l’état des lieux de sortie du logement. Les locataires décident d’assigner la propriétaire en restitution du dépôt de garantie et en paiement de l’indemnité de retard. La propriétaire introduit une demande reconventionnelle suite à l’assignation, en demandant le paiement de la remise en état des façades.
