Seule la régularité de séjour du demandeur du logement social est nécessaire pour déclarer recevable un recours DALO. La Cour rappelle que « contrairement à l’allégation du ministre, aucune disposition législative ou réglementaire ne prévoit que la régularité du séjour des autres membres de la famille du demandeur vivant dans le même logement conditionnerait la recevabilité d’un recours amiable devant la commission de médiation »
